Why hasn't the credit I bought been added to my account balance?

If you didn't receive a receipt by email, it is likely the purchase failed. Please contact the bank that issued your card to confirm. If you did receive an email receipt, but the credit wasn't applied to your account, please forward the receipt to support@tppnce.com so that we can investigate.

How do I know what page views I've been charged for?

If you have opted for extra privacy protections, we won't be able to tell you, because none of the pages you've read will be linked to your account. Otherwise, when you log in to your account, you should click on the "view charged usage" link on your account page.

I've decided to close my tppnce account. How do I request a refund of my remaining balance?

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

Why am I getting an error message when I try to access content on a publisher site?

The most common reason (error code 2 or 3) is that you do not have enough credit in your account. Please check your balance. If that's not the problem please email support@tppnce.com from your registered account address explaining the problem, and we'll investigate.
